Major sewage spill reported in Avondale Estates
DeKalb County reported another major raw sewage spill on Tuesday. Records obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution show 21,420 gallons of untreated sewage spilled into an Indian Creek tributary off Mountain Drive in Avondale Estates.
